Annie Mist Thorisdottir is a professional CrossFit athlete from Reykjavik Iceland. She runs and owns Crossfit Reykjavik in Iceland, which is where she coaches athletes. Annie is first woman who is a winner at CrossFit Games in two consecutive years. She placed second in the both the 2010 and 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir (Islander) is a weightlifter CrossFit as well as a popular media personality. The first female to win the CrossFit Games in 2011, and in 2012, two times. Also, she was credited with winning both the Dubai Fitness Competition in 2013 as well as the 2017 Dubai Fitness Competition. Annie and her parents as well as her siblings, were born and raised within Reykjavik Iceland. As a child she was an avid fan of sports and exercise. She participated in many school competitions and was awarded a variety of medals. The first time she competed was in CrossFit in California in the year 2009. The performance she showed was impressive during her first competitions. Annie Thorisdottir has 31 years older (as at 2021). Her height is about 5'7 and her weight approximately about 67 kgs. Annie started her CrossFit journey in 2009, in California. In the initial games she was very successful and placed in Top 10 out of 70. For CrossFit Games under the guidance of her coach Jami Tikkanen, she placed second and took home a silver medal in the same year. Due to her exceptional performance, she was able to claim her first CrossFit Games title and become the first female CrossFit Games winner. In 2012, Annie again won her first CrossFit Games because of her outstanding performance. In addition, she became the first woman athlete who won the two CrossFit Games consecutively. She also received a gold medal. And in 2021, she won a bronze. Annie currently coaches and trains Crossfit Reykjavik. This gym was created by Annie. Annie is getting fame for her athletic abilities has appeared in advertisements of sports products such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Nuun Hydration's sidekick Yerbae Renewal Periodization Transparent Labs as well as others. In addition, she has her own Youtube channel named "Annie" with several thousand subscribers. These are her travel videos and training diet video clips.
